Kwila Deck Build
Henderson
Level entry floating deck built out 4.5 metres from the ranchslider to increase the indoor-outdoor functionality of this homes living area space. Kwila 140mm wide decking boards screw fixed.
Garage Office Build

Creating an internal office within a double garage. Raised ceiling height, raised floor, fully insulated, feature plywood walls, full electrical fit off, and a addition of a skylight made for a usable working space all year round.
Privacy Fencing
Mount Eden
With the master bedrooms bifold doors easily visible from foot traffic, a privacy fence screen that looked good both sides was the solution to the front of this property. 150x20 rough sawn fence pailings with a 140x45 top cap. Ready for planting & spotlights.
Kitchen Renovation
Point Chevalier
Removal of an internal load bearing wall increased the kitchen size with the addition of a new kitchen island, and gave open plan living space between the kitchen and living rooms. A 4.8m long 200 PFC was installed within the sub-floor space to keep a smooth flat ceiling.
Carport Fit Out
Titirangi
The effects of the Auckland floods took it tole on this carport that was already due to be cleaned up. Once the roofing was replaced we fitted a new ceiling and re-framed the cupboard spaces before lining and hanging new doors.
Rumpus Room Bathroom
Warkworth
The early framing stages of creating a new bedroom with it own bathroom. This involved cutting the block wall to install two new pieces of aluminium joinery, and framing all block walls to allow for a plasterboard and paint finish.
Pergola & Cladding
Laingholm
Removed a window next to the entrance door and matched existing cladding before framing out a timber pergola with clearlite corrugate roofing sheets to give the front entrance of this section more purpose. Especially on those wet nights.
Pine Deck Build
Waiatarua
Massive new deck area built out to view the amazing scenery out in the Waitakere Rangers. Using 140x32 premium grade pine decking boards, screw fixed.
Pine Deck Build
Hobsonville Point
Level entry framed deck to cover a small strip of lawn and concrete pavers. With a new pergola fitted at a later date, now the clients have more usable outdoor entertaining space all year long.
Master Bedroom Framing
Henderson
A master bedroom that had potential to be bigger! With a careful approach to the layout of internal walls, we were able to provide two existing spaces with more space and increased functionality. Bigger wardrobes and a bigger bathroom / laundry.
